Unveiled at this year’s CES, RoboEatz’s robotic kitchen system envisions a new era of food service for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and dining halls, one where autonomous robots could prepare, cook, and serve made-to-order hot and cold dishes in as little as 30 seconds. Its selection of 80+ ingredients can be used to create thousands of meals and its use of smart storage, freshness tracking, and temperature regulation can help increase food safety, lower the risk of cross contamination, and reduce food waste. The robot system is made to run completely on its own and includes the ability to self-clean and automatically replenish its inventory when ingredient supply is low or nearing expiration.
