Creation of Innovation: Students in Taiwan Build LEGO Robot that Helps Kids Wash Hands During Coronavirus

Students in Taiwan built a LEGO robot that encourages elementary school students to wash their hands to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Like many modern touchless faucets, the decorative LEGO machine utilizes an ultrasonic sensor to detect the presence of hands and sprays disinfectant when actuated. A recorded voice then tells the students “washing hands is super” to encourage kids to stay clean.
