UV technology provider Xenex’s LightStrike Germ-Zapping Robots are designed to deactivate viruses, bacteria, and harmful spores on hospital and healthcare facility surfaces using pulsed xenon ultraviolet light. When the robots are wirelessly connected to a cloud-based IoT platform, vital performance information is gathered, such as proactive diagnostics, maintenance needs, upgrade capabilities, operational statistics, and disinfection program information.
