A recent survey by Morning Consult asked American smartphone owners what features they found most and least important when deciding which smartphones to purchase. Results from the survey showed battery life as the most important feature for American smartphone owners — 95% said this was one of the most important smartphone features. Other important features were ease of use (93%), storage (90%), and durability (88%). Respondents found AR/VR tools, parental controls, and facial recognition capabilities the least important smartphone features.
