A recent survey by Skykes on Americans’ perceptions and experiences regarding telehealth found that while less than a fifth of respondents had used a telehealth service in the past, many expressed an increased interest in utilizing virtual care in the future considering the COVID-19 pandemic. Nearly two-thirds of respondents said COVID-19 had increased their willingness to try telehealth and almost three quarters said they would consider using a telehealth service to get screened for COVID-19 if they showed symptoms of the disease.
