Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) availability has steadily increased over the past 10 years in U.S. households. From 2008-2018, FTTH availability grew from 12.2 million to almost 40 million. And according to a new report from consulting firm Cartesian and the Fiber Broadband Association, FTTH could be available to 90% of U.S. homes by 2029 with an investment increase of $70 billion over the next decade.
