According to a recent survey conducted by CivicScience, the overwhelming majority of U.S. adults agree that there should be a single, national policy addressing consumer data privacy rules in the United States. Almost three quarters of respondents said they either “strongly agree” or “somewhat agree” that there should be a single, national policy addressing consumer data privacy rules, while just under 10% of respondents said they “somewhat disagree” or “strongly disagree.”
