Claritas recently released their 2020 Telecom Market Report, which identifies the strategic opportunities that telecom organizations should consider, including what audience characteristics or trends could impact market activities. The report reveals mobile, internet, and TV preferences by age, race, and income.

Adults over 55 years of age are more likely to subscribe to the Internet at home via cable or DSL.
There is also a reliance on mobile data for lower-income Americans, with people making less than $30,000 per year being 40% more likely to rely on mobile data for home internet use.
